We approach every project with our clients with a three-step process: Discover, design, and develop.
Discover
In order to design a beautiful site, we will first work with you to clearly define what you are looking for. We’ll ask you about your vision, timeline, possible obstacles and possible supports. We will then look at what codes may apply to your vision to create a plan of action.
Design
This is where we get to take your passion for your project and combine it with our passion for designing innovative spaces. This step of the process is about taking all the information that you defined in the first step and apply it creatively to make that vision something real in front of you.
Develop
Our next step is guiding you and your project through your local development review process. This is about selling your vision to the municipal staff, boards, and commissions and convincing them that your project is just what the community needs. Our experience with getting projects through this process will make this part a snap.
