Boring but important stuff:
We are a small firm, so you grow you as fast as your abilities allow you to move up. Mostly, a willingness to learn and grow in your profession will ensure success. The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience and should be able to perform the following tasks:
- Prepare site and landscape plans in AutoCAD (Land FX knowledge preferred)
- Prepare custom construction details
- Conduct client facing meetings
- Manage a project schedule
- Sketch and render plans by hand and in Photoshop
- Write project and design narratives
- Review (quality control) drawings produced by designers.
- Manage 1-2 people in the production of site and landscape plans
- Experience in InDesign is preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Experience working in the Front Range is preferred
Salary Range: Project manager 1-4. The salary range is $68,000.00-$84,000.00. Salary and position will be dependent on experience.
