Project Manager

Ripley Design is looking to add a project manager to our team.

For nearly 30 years Ripley Design has been enhancing the built environment of Northern Colorado. We are a generalist firm with projects ranging from small urban plazas to 1,000 acre mixed use developments. Our passion lies in both the master plan and in the details of the spaces in between. Boring but important stuff:

We are a small firm, so you grow you as fast as your abilities allow you to move up. Mostly, a willingness to learn and grow in your profession will ensure success.  The ideal candidate will have 4 or more years of experience and should be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Prepare site and landscape plans in AutoCAD (Land FX knowledge preferred)
  • Prepare custom construction details
  • Conduct client facing meetings
  • Manage a project schedule
  • Sketch and render plans by hand and in Photoshop
  • Write project and design narratives
  • Review (quality control) drawings produced by designers.
  • Manage 1-2 people in the production of site and landscape plans
  • Experience in InDesign is preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience working in the Front Range is preferred

Salary Range: Project manager 1-4.  The salary range is $68,000.00-$84,000.00.  Salary and position will be dependent on experience.
